Gary J. Krupka, Esq.

PRESIDENT

Gary Krupka has been practicing law in the state of Maryland since 2005, with a heavy focus on real estate matters. Since 2009, Gary has facilitated purchase and refinance transactions and title insurance procurement for his clients and trusted real estate colleagues. In that time, Gary personally helped numerous clients with their important transactions and conducted hundreds of settlements.

Gary first started providing this service for the real estate department of the law firm of Goozman, Bernstein, and Markuski in Laurel, Maryland, before moving on to Blibaum & Associates, P.A., in Towson, Maryland in 2013, where he was named partner in 2018. During his time with Blibaum & Associates, Gary continued to provide these real estate title services on behalf of Greenspring Title Co, Inc., an affiliate of the law firm. Gary purchased the company in 2019 with the goal of expanding the level of professional services that the company provided since its inception in 1997.

Michelle Krupka

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Michelle Krupka is a business development professional with over 20 years of sales experience. After graduating with a marketing degree from Syracuse University, she began her career in yellow page and billboard ad sales in Philadelphia. After moving to Baltimore in 2006, Michelle joined Insperity and became a Certified Business Performance Advisor working with small business owners to streamline their payroll, health benefits and human resource practices. In 2016 she moved into a marketing and leasing role for a Baltimore-based commercial real estate developer.

Over the last few years Michelle has been a mentor and sales coach for small business owners and independent sales professionals with her company, Pipeline Advisory. She's also an active member of the Towson Chamber of Commerce, GBBR, BNI and JVC. In 2019, she joined her husband at Greenspring Title as the director of business development. Here, she is creating and implementing a strategic sales and marketing program while building beneficial relationships in the community to help grow the company.

Heidi Frey

TITLE PROCESSOR

Heidi Frey began her career in Title in 1999. Her title processing experience has included residential transactions, commercial transactions, purchases, refinances, construction loans, ground rent redemption, foreclosures and bankruptcy. After spending 3 years as a title abstractor and researcher for the State of Maryland, she’s using her skills and experience once again as a title processor for Greenspring Title. She joined us in 2021 and we are lucky to have her on our team.

Nicole Hogan

POST CLOSER

Nicole Hogan began her career in Real Estate in 2015 by obtaining her Delaware and Maryland Real Estate Salespersons licenses. In 2021 she branched out from sales to include Title Processing. Nicole joined Greenspring Title in July 2022, handling Post Closing duties — including document recording and file disbursement. Nicole also manages our office so if you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and say hi!
